When we ship your package, we will send you a shipping confirmation.
You can also request EXPRESS SHIPPING for your order, and it will be delivered faster: 24 hours for Europe, 48 hours for the US, and 3 to 5 days for the rest of the world. Ask us for an estimate for this additional service.
IMPORTANT! The courier company normally asks us for your phone number in order to deliver the package. Please let us know at the time of ordering to avoid unnecessary delays.
Depending on where the order is sent, we have to apply some costs or others. To know your shipping costs, add the products to the cart, select your country in the drop-down, and we will indicate the cost.
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for import duties or unexpected delays caused by postal or customs services,
and we cannot deliver orders to PO Boxes either.
