Refund and Returns Policy


You can exchange or return any product within 15 days of purchase. An exchange or return of a used product will NOT be accepted. In no case can those items that have been personalized or made to measure be returned.

Please make sure before buying each item that it is the one you want, and that the measure you ask for is the one you need. Due to the nature of our items (which are custom made to order) unless they arrive damaged or faulty due to shipping, we cannot accept returns.

If the order arrives damaged due to shipping, we will claim the transport agency since all orders are shipped insured. In this case, the cost of return and return shipping must be covered by the buyer. Contact us if you have any problems with your order. 


To make a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. We also require a photograph of your product when you received it, at the time of unpacking. To complete your return, we ask for your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds are made with a coupon for the value of the purchase that you can use in our online store. Money refunds are not made in any form (cash, credit, debit, transfer, etc.). Return shipping will be paid by the customer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund depending on how the product is.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a coupon with the amount of your refund will be emailed to you, which you can spend on future purchases on our website.

If a week has passed since we notified you of the approval of your return and you still have not received your coupon with your refund, please check your spam folder in the email you provided us.

Sale items refund

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a photo of the damaged item, and we will send you an email answering your exchange request, giving you additional instructions to make the exchange. The return of the item for exchange is at the customer’s expense.

Shipping Policies

Processing time of your order depends on the item you have purchased. Please, consult each announcement to see the time we need to make it. When we ship your package, we will send you a shipping confirmation.

You can also request an EXPRESS SHIPPING for your order, and it will be delivered faster: 24 hours for Europe, 48 hours for the USA, and 2 to 5 days for the rest of the world. Ask us for a quote for that additional service.

IMPORTANT! The courier company usually asks for your phone number in order to deliver the package. Please let us know at the time of ordering to avoid unnecessary delays.


Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for import duties or unexpected delays caused by postal or customs services, and we cannot deliver orders to PO Boxes.

*CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA (Spain): For orders to these destinations an additional cost will be charged for shipping. Ask us for a quote if that is your case. Thanks ; )
